Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order from Alie's Art Gallery?

Shipment time varies for different artwork. Smaller artwork will be shipped in one week, while larger artwork will be shipped in two to three weeks. Artwork is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 5 to 7 days after shipment.

During busy seasons, there may be a delay in creation time. When an order is being placed, clients will be notified if there is any expected delay and when their artwork will be shipped.

Does Alie's Art Gallery ship outside the United States?

Currently, shipments are only made to addresses in the United States.

How are shipping costs calculated?

For small artwork orders, shipping costs are a flat rate. Large artwork shipping costs are calculated by USPS based on the weight of the artwork package being shipped and the distance of travel.

Return Policy

Alie's Art Gallery does not accept returns because of Alie's Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

Anything other than complete customer satisfaction is unacceptable. During the creation process, photos of the artwork will be emailed before shipping to guarantee the artwork fulfills each client's individual requests at 100% satisfaction. Any details clients would like adjusted will be completed after this client check in, and the piece will be promptly shipped. Each ornament is packaged with great care so that it will safely arrive to its final destination.
